The Annual Community Survey invites the community to participate in measuring the City’s performance, provide feedback on the City’s services and facilities, and identify priorities and opportunities for the future.
The survey has been conducted in the same way since 2012, providing the City with 10 years of consecutive data to benchmark our performance.

In 2022 the City received 1,023 completed responses and achieved an overall satisfaction score of 75 per cent. This is a one percent decrease from 2021. Thank you to everyone who participated in the survey.
