PROPOSAL TO
DISPOSE OF PROPERTY
The City proposes to lease part of Dampier
Hub, Lot 373 (3) High Street, Dampier to
HWHW (Dampier Pharmacy) for a term of
9 years (3+3+3) commencing from
4 December 2023 for the following
consideration:
The market value of the disposition was
assessed at $11,921 per annum + GST +
outgoings on 9th October 2023 for the
18.34m2 space.
Members of the public are invited to make
submissions in relation to the proposal.
