PUBLIC NOTICE – PROPOSED AMENDMENTS COMMUNITY LEASING OF LAND POLICY
The City of Karratha has proposed amendments to the Community Leasing of Land Policy. The policy seeks to provide a framework to establish a standard, transparent and equitable approach to the community leasing of real property owned and managed by the City of Karratha.
At its meeting on 30 October 2023, Council resolved for the purposes of community consultation, the proposed amendments to the Community Leasing of Land Policy (CS-25), the Leasing of Land Operational Guidelines (including the Community Discount Matrix). The amended Policy and associated Leasing of Land Operational Guidelines is available for review online at www.karratha.wa.gov.au/public-notifications. The City welcomes comments and input as part of finalising the Policy.
Information sessions are being held for:
• Karratha/Dampier on Wednesday 15 November at 7.30pm at Karratha Leisureplex
• Wickham/Roebourne/Point Samson on Tuesday 21 November at 6.30pm at Wickham Community Hub
