Delegation and Authorisations Register

The Delegations Register outlines the powers and duties delegated by Council and the Chief Executive Officer in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995 and other applicable legislation.
 
Delegations support the efficient administration of the local government by authorising designated officers and committees to exercise specific powers and perform prescribed functions on behalf of Council or the Chief Executive Officer. The Register is maintained and reviewed in accordance with legislative requirements and is published to promote transparency, accountability, and good governance.
