Security subsidy scheme

The City of Karratha Security Subsidy Scheme provides financial assistance to eligible property owners and tenants to improve safety through approved security measures such as CCTV systems, security alarms & sensor lighting.

Eligible applicants may receive a subsidy of up to 50% of the total cost, to a maximum of $500 per property. Both homeowners & tenants can apply. Tenants must have written approval from the property owner or real estate agent, prior to applying.
