The City of Karratha proposes to grant a licence over part of the Wickham Recreation Precinct known as the Sportsman’s Bar & Bistro, Lot 780 Carse Street, Wickham, for a term of up to seven (7) years, including extension options from April 2027.
The rental appraisal obtained on 18 November 2025 reflected $220.00 per m² per annum + GST + outgoings. However all reasonable offers will be considered.
