Chloe has over a decade of experience working in local government in New South Wales and has recently moved to Western Australia to join the City of Karratha. Prior to her appointment, she held the role of Senior Manager Corporate Performance and Customer Experience, where she led Customer Experience, the Enterprise Project Management Office, Project Risk and Assurance, Corporate Planning and Strategy, Business Improvement, and Service Review functions. As Director Corporate Services, Chloe brings extensive experience in strategic leadership, organisational performance, and change management to support the City’s corporate direction and delivery of high-quality services to the community.
