Following the community feedback period on the proposed Kevin Richards Memorial Oval (KRMO) hardcourts and shade structure, the City is pleased to announce that 'The Hills: 3 Colours’ was the community's preferred shade structure design.
Thank you to the 170 community members who provided feedback and helped inform the design selection process, as well as the local basketball and netball representatives who attended the community information session and shared their valuable insights.
Feedback also showed strong interest in the new hardcourts, with many who play court-based sports indicating they would use the facility in the future.
Collectively, your feedback will be considered by the City and will help inform further planning and design phases of the project.
