The City of Karratha proposes to lease part of Lot,3 High Street – Dampier Community Hub (Dampier Pharmacy) Dampier, to Dampier Dose Pty Ltd for a term of 6 years from 02 November 2026 for $9,628.50 p.a. (excl GST) plus outgoings.
The market value of the disposition was assessed at $13,755 per annum (excl GST) plus outgoings on 23 September 2026.
Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal.
