Notice is hereby given that Element on behalf of Development WA has prepared the abovementioned proposed amended structure plan for land located within Madigan Estate, Baynton, within the City of Karratha.
Plans and documents setting out and explaining the amended structure plan will be on display at the City’s Administration Office located on Welcome Road, Karratha and will be available for inspection from 9:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday up to and including 8 July 2026. The structure plan can also be viewed in the attachments below.
Submissions on the structure plan can be lodged in writing addressed to Planning Services City of Karratha, PO Box 219 Karratha WA 6714 or via email to submissions@karratha.wa.gov.au.
Submissions should include the Structure Plan name and details of the submission and must be lodged on or before 8 July 2026.
